Revenue Manager - Optimize Revenue in Thon Hotels

Vi søker en dyktig Revenue Manager til vår Revenue Management-avdeling i Thon Hotels. Som Revenue Manager vil du være ansvarlig for å optimere inntektsstrømmene i våre hoteller, og bidra til å sikre at vi har en god posisjonert i markedet.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Arbeide tett med direktør og Regional Revenue Manager på hotellene i fastsatt hotellportefølje
  • Sikre stilling av nøyaktige rullerende prognoser, samt analysere all relevant informasjon for å legge strategier, både kort- og langsiktig
  • Optimalisere inntektsstrømmene per dag mot Total Profit Management
  • Førstehåndskunnskap og kjennskap til de til enhver tid benyttede systemer; PMS, PMI, EzRMS og revenuesystemer, CRS, distribusjon og ulike verktøy for benchmarking
  • Proaktivt søke markedsinformasjon for å sette rett strategi inn mot RevPar og TrevPar maksimering
  • Supportere vårt salgsteam med nødvendig informasjon og detaljer, mht. distribusjon av priser og tilbud i henhold til våre gjeldende strategier
  • Sette distribusjonsstrategi som sikrer optimalt kanalvalg gjennom sesongene

Vi søker etter en person som:

  • Har relevant høyere utdanning og flere års erfaring fra revenue management
  • Er proaktiv og en iverksetter
  • Har analytiske evner, økonomisk forståelse og evnen til å ta beslutninger
  • Har gode lederegenskaper og kommunikasjonsferdigheter
  • Har god skriftlig og muntlig fremstillingsevne, både på norsk og engelsk
  • Er salgs- og resultatorientert
  • Har fokus på detaljer og er god til å overholde tidsfrister
  • Kan holde kurs og treninger innen eget fagområde
