Position Overview
As a Prosci Executive Instructor, you will be a proficient facilitator dedicated to crafting exceptional learning experiences for participants in our courses and workshops. With extensive business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of Prosci's change management research and methodologies, you will deliver a range of programs aimed at enhancing our clients' change management capabilities, establishing Prosci as a trusted partner for organizations across Europe as they undertake critical change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction on Prosci's proprietary change management methodology, either virtually or in-person at client locations or during our public open-enrollment sessions in Europe.
- Maintain current expertise in Prosci's change management products and solutions.
- Utilize your professional experience alongside the Prosci methodology to provide real-world examples of change management application and address participant inquiries regarding their own change initiatives.
- Prepare meticulously for sessions to ensure exceptional learning experiences for all attendees.
- Collaborate closely with our Account Executives to position Prosci as a valuable, long-term partner for organizations navigating their most significant change initiatives.
Candidate Profile
We seek an individual based in Norway or Sweden who possesses the following qualifications:
- Practical experience in leading business and technical organizational change projects.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable teaching groups of up to 20 participants both in-person and virtually.
- Prosci Practitioner Certification, coupled with hands-on experience applying the methodology and tools.
- A proven ability to draw from personal career experiences to illustrate change management in practice and enhance participant engagement.
- A history of effectively engaging with employees affected by change, practitioners leading change, and senior leaders sponsoring change.
- Familiarity with various change and project management methodologies, such as PMBOK, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
- Proficient in MS 365, online platforms, virtual meeting tools, presentation, and polling technologies.
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English, capable of teaching in both languages.
- Educated to degree level or possessing equivalent professional experience.
- A flexible approach to travel and working hours is essential for this role, particularly for in-person sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- An understanding of adult learning theories and techniques.
- Professional proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous, especially Swedish, Danish, French, or German.
- Previous experience in teaching adults within a business context.
