Empowering Ukrainians through Education

The Educational Equality Institute, an NGO committed to educating and empowering disadvantaged girls, is seeking passionate volunteers to join our team as Digital Skills Online Class Instructors.

In response to the war in Ukraine, we started the project: "Together for Ukraine". Free educational programs where we, together with our partners, will help 100,000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment.

Role Overview

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for online classes focused on digital skills, helping students enhance their digital and tech skills.
  • Conduct live virtual classes for students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to improve teaching strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in teaching or tutoring digital and tech skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans.
  • Comfortable using online teaching platforms.
  • Fluency in English.
