Head of Retailer Strategy

Er du en strategisk leder med erfaring fra retail-sektoren? Har du sterke analytiske evner og en god forretningsforståelse? Vi søker nå etter en erfaren Head of Retail til vår avdeling for Quick Commerce.
Stillingen innebærer å lede et team på tre personer og å være ansvarlig for å utvikle og følge opp våre retailpartnere. Du vil jobbe tett med andre avdelinger og være en viktig del av vårt team.
Hva du kommer til å gjøre:
- Lede og motivere det lokale retailteamet.
- Utvikle en lønnsom retailportefølje og strategi som sikrer vekst.
- Forhandle og inngå langsiktige avtaler med store retailkjeder og mindre butikker.
- Vurdere markedspotensial og identifisere nye partnerskapsmuligheter.
- Sikre at foodora blir den foretrukne samarbeidspartneren i retailsektoren.
- Følge opp nøkkel-KPIer knyttet til vekst, lønnsomhet og teamets trivsel.
Vi søker:
- En erfaren leder med sterke analytiske evner og en god forretningsforståelse.
- En person med erfaring fra retail-sektoren og sterke resultater fra forhandlinger og kontraktsinngåelser.
- En teknisk kompetent leder med god erfaring i Office-pakken eller G-Suite.
- En leder som kan vise til sterke resultater fra lederrolle og erfaring med personalansvar.
