About the Team

Our Regional Operations team is dedicated to driving regional and global initiatives that improve delivery economics and operational efficiency. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation and excellence.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Logistics, Global Pricing, Regional Supply, Regional Quality, and Regional Experience teams. You will be responsible for analyzing operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools (SQL knowledge is a plus), and experience in logistics or pricing. You should also have a bias for action, a proactive mindset, and excellent project management skills. If you're passionate about efficiency and process optimization, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field (operations, analytics, strategy, pricing, supply chain, logistics, consulting, or a related domain).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to operational impact.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience in logistics or pricing is a huge plus, but not mandatory if you bring a unique skill set.
  • Bias for action, proactive mindset, and excellent project management skills.
