About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Business Development / Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Norway.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on business development and sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain a strategy for the Norwegian brownfield market in dialogue with management, ensuring competitive execution models.
- Prospect and develop brownfield opportunities from lead to proposal stage and handover to tender/project, managing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Maximize and achieve revenue potential on existing and new accounts, delivering on sales targets.
