We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our team in TN Norway. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and recommending business growth opportunities, developing and executing strategic business plans, and improving internal and external processes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and recommend business growth opportunities through analysis and market research.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.
- Improve internal and external processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Degree from a relevant field, MBA or leadership training.
- 10+ years of work experience, with 5+ years in management, consulting, or technical project leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities.
- Tech-savvy, experience with budgeting, Lean/Opex, and operational tools.
- Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple teams and functions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
