We are currently looking for a Commercial Leader to join our team in the Nordics. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through all indirect channels in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales process optimization and standardization
  • Management of sales personnel and channel partners
  • Responsible for overall sales and profitability through all indirect channels in the Nordics (P&L accountability)
  • Development, growth, and retention of channel partners and key end-users

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience
  • Proven leadership experience in an international matrix structured organization
  • Automotive Aftermarket/ Refinish experience
  • Top Tier or Key Account distribution management
  • Fluent English language skills (oral and written). Other European languages are desirable.
