Vi søker en erfaren Central Sales Manager til vår avdeling i Headquarter Oslo - Strawberry. Som Central Sales Manager vil du spille en nøkkelrolle i å utvikle våre viktigste forretningsforhold og sikre at våre hoteller blir førstevalget for forretningsreisende og større arrangementer.

Ansvarsområder
  • Bygge og vedlikeholde sterke relasjoner med våre største bedriftskunder og samarbeidspartnere
  • Utvikle og implementere skreddersydde løsninger som skaper verdi for både kunden og Strawberry
  • Forhandle og reforhandle avtaler for å sikre langsiktige samarbeid
  • Identifisere nye forretningsmuligheter og delta i strategisk utvikling av salgsprosesser
  • Samarbeide med interne team på hotellene for å sikre at kundens behov møtes med høy kvalitet og effektivitet
  • Overvåke og analysere markedstrender, konkurrenter og kundebehov for å kontinuerlig forbedre våre tjenester
  • Sikre at Strawberry blir en foretrukken partner for forretnings- og konferansemarkedet
Kvalifikasjoner
  • Relevant erfaring innen salgs- og kundeansvar, fortrinnsvis fra hotell- eller reiselivsbransjen
  • Gode forhandlingsevner og sterk kommersiell forståelse
  • Dokumenterte resultater innen strategisk salgsarbeid og relasjonsbygging
  • Evne til å tenke helhetlig og utvikle langsiktige relasjoner som gir gjensidig verdi
  • Høy grad av struktur, proaktivitet og selvstendighet
  • Gode kommunikasjonsevner, både skriftlig og muntlig på norsk og engelsk
  • Utdanning innen salg, markedsføring, hotellfag eller lignende er en fordel
