About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to oversee and manage the Nordic tender market for our company. This is a key role in our central B2B sales team, responsible for planning, handling, and reporting on tenders across the region.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, management skills, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders. They will work closely with other functions and departments to ensure we reach our growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Nordic tender market
  • Plan, handle, and report on tenders across the region
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement actions to improve practices required to answer and win future tenders
  • Collaborate with other functions and departments to ensure we reach our growth and revenue targets
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration, legal, compliance, or a related field
  • Experience with bids & tenders (private and public sector) from several of the Nordic markets
  • Proven track record of success in B2B bid leadership roles, and more than three years of operational experience with Bids & tenders
  • Experience, direct or indirect, of legal matters/requirements/processes
  • Experience with ISO certifications, ISO audits and equivalents
  • Established relationships/networks within our business areas (IT, Telecom and/or appliances)
