Role Summary:

As an HR Consultant at Minnovation International AB, you will develop the HR function in Norway, working closely with the company to create a framework for all employee activities, including HR Strategy, recruitment, development, competence, and employee attraction and retention. You will support day-to-day tasks, operation, administration, and strategic company-level initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Framework and Policies: Update and create HR frameworks and templates, HR policies, and strategies.
  • HR Process Efficiency: Ensure the proper and efficient functioning of HR business processes.
  • Line Manager Support: Support line managers in HR matters.
  • Employee Development: Support line managers in development, termination, rehabilitation, etc., of employees.
  • Talent Management: Drive talent management processes to attract, develop, and retain the right talent.
  • Payroll and Pension Administration: Coordinate payroll and pension administration.
  • Branding and Recruitment: Conduct branding and recruitment activities.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Union and Recruitment Coordination: Serve as the contact person for union work, recruiters, payroll, and candidates.
  • Training and Development: Plan, administer, and coordinate training programs.
  • Salary Review: Conduct salary reviews.
  • Exit Interview: Conduct exit interviews.
  • Company Events: Contribute to planning company events.
  • Reporting: Report HR-related matters to government agencies, unions, etc.
  • Work Environment: Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer and Employee Satisfaction: Focus on customer and employee satisfaction.
  • HR Support: Provide HR support for new customer HR service contracts and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree - Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with union work, collective agreements, and labor law.
  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment.
  • Language: Fluent in written and oral English and Norwegian.

Personality and Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Proactive, good communication and cooperation skills.
  • People Skills: A 'people person' with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
