  • Develop and implement scalable Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) systems.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues using effective problem-solving methodologies.
  • Review vendor Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and inspection plans to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Drive process optimization and approval of supplier process and tooling changes.
  • Align quality expectations with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, integrating supplier quality into product development.
  • Track supplier performance metrics and lead improvement initiatives to achieve quality goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications, aligning with regulatory and company requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality / Quality Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Materials Engineering degree or similar.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and tools like PPAP, FAI, FMEA, and AVL management.
  • Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with domestic and international suppliers.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with quality frameworks and tools for resolving complex technical issues.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% to collaborate with suppliers and support quality initiatives.
