Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager - EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development efforts related to LR cutting-edge classification, compliance, and advisory solutions.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration for vessel performance solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments, focusing on expanding market share.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Generate and qualify leads, and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the maritime industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a strategic business development role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
