Job Description
The Educator role is a critical component of our retail strategy, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through expert product knowledge and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expertise on Lululemon products, including features, benefits, and styles, to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
