
Customer Success Enablement Expert

As a Senior Customer Education Program Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and managing a customer certification program that empowers customers to master Deel's platform. This program will enable customers to become proficient with our tools and services while providing formal recognition of their expertise.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer education, learning management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and experience creating self-paced online courses.
- Ability to create clear, engaging, and effective educational content for a diverse customer base.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and certification tools.
