The Opportunity

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team based in Oslo or Bergen, Norway. As a key member of our supply chain quality team, you will be responsible for coaching and managing suppliers according to organization quality standards and policies. You will also provide advice and training on quality protocols, conduct audits, and resolve supplier problems related to quality, performance, and service level.

Your Key Responsibilities

Support Category teams and local SCM teams within the supplier qualification process.Plan and lead remote and/or onsite supplier audits.Coordinate, monitor, and report high-impact supplier nonconformances.Monitor and consolidate supplier delivery and quality performance KPIs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-oriented discipline and professional experience working in supplier quality. You should have well-developed auditing skills and experience, with Lead Auditor certification being a plus. Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English are essential, and you should be comfortable with traveling at least 25% of the time.
