Job Description

You'll be part of the leadership team for the business area you collaborate with, taking charge of advancing the people agenda alongside the Senior Vice President (SVP) in your business areas. Your responsibilities will include promoting effective leadership, boosting team engagement, overseeing performance management, and ensuring organisational governance to benefit our overall business goals.
