About the Company:
  • Quanta is a fast-paced and innovative SaaS start-up based in Oslo, Norway.

You will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to SMB and Mid-Market customers in Europe. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning them with tailored cybersecurity training solutions.
  3. Manage the sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing deals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
  5. Represent Quanta at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on the SMB market in SaaS or tech solutions.
  • A proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships while exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A relentless work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle setbacks while staying focused on long-term goals.
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in cybersecurity or related tech sectors.
  • A history of success in start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and sales methodologies such as SPIN or SPICED.
