Unlock Business Potential as a Sales Account Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and improving business with existing customers, while building new relationships and increasing Red Hat's market share.
You will work closely with internal processes and external partners to drive digitalization within Norway and orchestrate the ecosystem. Your extensive experience in developing and implementing sales plans will enable you to sell innovative solutions to enterprises adopting the open source hybrid cloud approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell our solutions and services in an assigned territory through new and existing accounts.
- Create tactical sales plans and lead the extended Sales team in carrying them out to maximize revenue and growth.
- Meet assigned sales quota by acquiring new customer accounts and renewing and growing existing relationships.
- Provide technical and administrative information, demonstrations, and price quotes for our offerings.
- Accurately forecast and close sales in alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of success, preferably in software.
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate comprehensive technological strategies to a range of decision makers within the assigned territory.
- Record of developing relationships at a senior level.
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
