The Role
As a Sales Executive - SME, you will manage the full sales cycle, executing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful commercial outcomes for customers.
You will be responsible for:
- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert SME prospects through proactive outreach, inbound inquiries, and targeted sales efforts.
- Account Expansion: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce enterprise solutions.
- Sales Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale expansion efforts (excluding renewals).
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain and develop a structured pipeline, providing weekly forecasts to ensure consistent business growth.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of how Kahoot enhances corporate communication, learning & development, and effectively communicate its value to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful commercial outcomes for customers.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track all account activity, ensuring up-to-date records of quotations, leads, and opportunities.
