
SME Business Development Representative

About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team as an SME Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts within the SME segment in EMEA, focusing on the DACH region.
- You will identify, engage, and convert SME prospects through proactive outreach, inbound inquiries, and targeted sales efforts.
- Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale expansion efforts (excluding renewals).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce enterprise solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, executing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Over 1 year in B2B SaaS sales with closing responsibility and a strong business understanding.
- Strong ability to manage expectations, to present solutions and build relationships.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

- Is a team player with strong people skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Is fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
