Findable is building the next-generation AI platform for real estate compliance and operations. We closed our Series A funding in late 2024, backed by the world-class investors at Point Nine, and are on a high-growth journey to scale across Europe. Our vision? To build a rocket ship from Norway and become the category leader in AI-powered building documentation.
Our SaaS platform helps real estate owners and facility managers ensure compliance, reduce risk, and increase efficiency by making critical building information easy to find and use.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commercial team and help drive Findable's growth. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone eager to launch their career in sales, learn from an experienced team, and grow within a fast-scaling company.
ObjectivesLead Generation – Identify and research potential customers using Findable's internal lists, LinkedIn, and Google.
Lead Qualification – Assess leads to ensure they match our ideal customer profile (ICP) and understand their needs to tailor outreach messaging.
Meeting Booking – Schedule meetings for Account Executives (AEs) through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach, aiming to meet or exceed a monthly target of 20 booked and completed meetings.
Process Improvement – Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, analyze data to refine outreach methods, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies..
Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads.
Engage with prospects through various communication channels to schedule meetings.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
Actively participate in training and development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Strong motivation and eagerness to learn – no prior sales experience required.
Resilience – a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
Excellent organizational skills – ability to track leads and follow up consistently.
Confident communication skills – comfortable speaking with potential customers and building relationships.
Experience with LinkedIn, email, or CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
Fluency in Norwegian and English (Norwegian required).
Based in Oslo (hybrid work environment with a preference for in-person presence).
