As a Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of this mission, driving business growth and expanding our customer base within the SME segment in EMEA.
About the Role- You will be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts within the SME segment, managing the full sales cycle, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- This position requires strong commercial skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful commercial outcomes for customers.
- New Business Development: Identify and engage with SME prospects through proactive outreach and targeted sales efforts.
- Account Expansion: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce enterprise solutions.
- Sales Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale expansion efforts.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain and develop a structured pipeline, providing weekly forecasts to ensure consistent business growth.
- Over 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales with closing responsibility and a strong business understanding.
- Strong ability to manage expectations, present solutions, and build relationships.
