Exciting cybersecurity SaaS start-up in Oslo are looking to grow their commercial team and bring on another Account Executive. If you've got a tracked record selling SaaS solutions to SMB and Mid-Market customers in Europe, want to earn big commissions, and enjoy a fast paced sales environment, then this could be the role for you.

- Uncapped double OTE commission plan
- Identify and engage SMB and Mid-Market prospects selling a SaaS cyber security training platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' unique needs and aligning them with tailored cybersecurity training solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on the SMB market in SaaS or tech solutions.
- A proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships while exceeding sales targets.
- Change the status quo helping shrink sales cycles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A relentless work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle setbacks while staying focused on long-term goals.
- Willingness to put in extra effort, including cold outreach and attending events, to ensure targets are met.
- Experience working across the Nordic markets; fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in cybersecurity or related tech sectors.
- A history of success in start-up or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and sales methodologies such as SPIN or SPICED.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
