Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Units with Compliance Expertise: Collaborate with our business units to provide necessary know-how and support on companies' responsibility as Controller of personal data when vendors are Processor of personal data.
  • Facilitate Awareness and Training: Develop and implement awareness campaigns for contract teams, operational procurements, and relevant business lines to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  • Support Compliance Tasks: Assist in facilitating compliance tasks, such as drafting transfer impact assessments and data processing agreements, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with LEGAL, TDI IT security expertise, leading advisors in SCM, and Data Protection Officer to facilitate lean work processes and updates of templates, management system, and awareness in PSR and relevant business lines.
Requirements
  • Master of Law: Preferably a Master of Law degree or equivalent experience.
  • Supply Chain Management Experience: Experience with supply chain management to support all categories in ensuring compliance with privacy law and EU's General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR) during procurement activities and contract establishment.
