Sales Lead C2B

At Nettbil, we're on a mission to revolutionize the car sales industry by providing a faster, safer, and easier experience for our customers. As the Sales Manager C2B, you'll play a pivotal role in architecting and leading our dynamic C2B sales force towards success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Defining Excellence: Demonstrate active and effective sales leadership, setting benchmarks for excellence in your team.
- Driving Results: Embrace the challenge of managing budgets and sales targets, with a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
- Cultivating Teamwork: Analyze customer trends and behaviors, building strategies to drive improvements across KPIs.
- Strategic Recruitment: Cultivate a culture of teamwork within the sales management group, strategically recruiting new advisors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Partner with other teams in the company to optimize Nettbils product.
About You:
- We're looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, and or as a Key Account Manager.
- 2+ years of leadership experience with an emphasis on business development & building teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment.
- A deep understanding of how to improve customer relationships and build trust.
- A demonstrated ability to handle change and be a team player.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent in Norwegian.
As the Sales Manager C2B, you'll be a part of the sales management team and report to the CSO (Chief Sales Officer) of Nettbil. Working location is our brand new office at Økern Portal, situated right by the subway station at Økern in Oslo.
