
Sales Leader C2B

As a top-tier sales manager, you will hold a pivotal role in architecting, orchestrating, and nurturing the growth of our dynamic C2B sales force. This is an opportunity to shape and propel our team towards success and lead the way in redefining excellence in C2B sales.
Your Main Responsibilities- Demonstrate active and effective sales leadership, defining benchmarks for excellence in your team.
- Embrace the challenge of managing sales targets with a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
- Analyze customer trends and behaviors and build strategies to drive improvements across KPIs to the dealership team.
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork within the sales management group to collaboratively pioneer and orchestrate innovative sales activities through joint planning, coordinated execution, and collective initiation.
- Strategically recruit new advisors whenever the need arises, focusing on identifying top talent to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Partner with other teams in the company to optimize Nettbil's product.
We believe you are a candidate with a strategic, positive, 'can-do' attitude. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with members of our sales team, marketing team, and development team. With over a thousand active dealers on Nettbil's platform, this is an ideal opportunity to make a huge impact in the car industry; hence mobility industry experience is a plus.
In addition, you have:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, and/or as a Key Account Manager.
- 2+ years of leadership experience with an emphasis on business development & building teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment.
- A deep understanding of how to improve customer relationships and build trust.
- A demonstrated ability to handle change and be a team player.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
