Nettbil was launched in 2017 with the ambition of making car sales faster, safer, and easier by having a range of car dealers bidding on the same car. The company has rapidly evolved to become the largest C2B (Consumer to Business) marketplace for used car sales, and with almost 50,000 cars sold to more than 2,100 dealers, it has become a leading company in the mobility industry.
Nettbil is owned by Schibsted, the largest marketplace operator in the Nordic region. With a strong focus on leveraging technology and improving the user experience, Nettbil is one of the most exciting scale-up companies in Norway. About the RoleAs the Sales Manager leading one of our three high-impact C2B teams, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and innovation. This is an opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Your Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and training to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Nettbil remains competitive.
