Be the Face of Disney in Lisbon

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Viewer Experience Advocate for Disney's streaming platform in the Nordic market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, solving technical issues, and moderating the platform to ensure a seamless viewing experience for our viewers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-tier customer support for Disney's streaming platform, addressing account management, billing, content navigation, and technical troubleshooting inquiries.
  • Solve complex technical issues, assisting viewers with system configurations, network settings, and ensuring a seamless viewing experience.
  • Moderate the platform, upholding Disney's family-friendly standards by identifying platform misuse, spam, fraud, and other risks.
  • Create magical experiences for Disney fans by delivering world-class service, addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Your Profile:
  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level) and proficient in English.
