Oppgavespesifikasjoner
  1. Handling og oppfølging av leisuregrupper i samsvar med vår Revenue-avdelings strategi.
  2. Follow up customer throughout his journey at our company from A-Z.
  3. Maximize hotel capacity utilization.
  4. Close collaboration with other departments to ensure best possible guest experience.
  5. Develop new ways to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
Forventede kvalifikasjoner
  1. At least 2 years of experience from similar role within the hospitality industry.
  2. Good knowledge of Opera Cloud (PMS) and Excel as well as technical skills.
  3. Fluent in both Norwegian and English as well as good communication skills.
  4. Structured, precise and meticulous with good analytical skills and ability to adapt.

Internal candidates are encouraged to apply. Position involves some evening and night work. Job applications will be evaluated continuously.
