Job Title

We're seeking a results-driven and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship-building with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and lead qualification
  • Building relationships with prospects and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborating with Account Managers and Country Manager to optimize sales processes and improve team performance
Requirements
  • A strong drive to succeed and continuous improvement in sales performance
  • Enthusiasm for learning about our business and technology, as well as a passion for researching prospects
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with resilience in the face of rejection
  • A proactive approach to sales and a desire to exceed targets
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to tailor responses to client needs
  • Proficiency in both Norwegian and English
  • A valid work permit in Norway
