Job Title: Head of Sales

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as Head of Sales for the Denza Brand.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Business Development: Manage business growth in an Omni channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset. Responsible for key sales metrics and KPIs of the region.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, key industry partners, and final users within the region.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.
  • Market Development: Identify and develop new market segments and customer groups within the region.
  • Brand Promotion: Collaborate with marketing team to organize customer events and promotional activities.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and develop the sales team, setting targets and evaluating performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree above in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in car industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Finnish market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
