Position Summary: As an Order Processing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within the Administration team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass vital administrative support across various functional teams within NOV, adapting to the needs of different departments as necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review commercial elements of incoming purchase orders.
  • Generate orders in the ERP system and disseminate order confirmations.
  • Manage modifications impacting commercial details.
  • Oversee cost management and documentation control.
  • Follow up on revised purchase orders from clients as needed.
  • Validate commercial details on dispatched sales orders.
  • Prepare billing summaries for processing.
  • Conclude orders in the ERP system and forward to the billing department.
  • Distribute accounts receivable documents to clients and manage invoice filing and release in the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Administer the Customer Portal, including invoices and orders.
  • Provide training for new team members within the department.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred).
  • Experience in an administrative role within a team setting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (essential).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English (essential).
