Vi søker etter en erfaren og dyktig Head Advisor Industrial Relations for å styrke vårt miljø og ekspertise innenfor arbeidsrett og arbeidsliv. Som Head Advisor vil du være en sentral ressurs for vår virksomhets utøvelse og oppfølging av arbeidsgiveransvaret, både nasjonalt og globalt.

Hovedoppgaver
  • Utvikle og implementere en helhetlig strategi for HR compliance, inkludert opplærings- og bevisstgjøringsprogram for HR og ledere.
  • Være oppdatert på lov og avtaleverk innenfor norsk arbeidsrett og arbeidsliv, og oppfølging knyttet til sentralt og lokalt avtaleverk for den norske delen av virksomheten, i tett samarbeid med selskapets juridiske avdeling.
  • Være ansvarlig for utarbeidelse av selskapets globale retningslinjer innen arbeidsgiverområdet, samt oppfølging av etterlevelse av sentrale retningslinjer og lokale lover og regler i vår internasjonale virksomhet innenfor dette området, i samarbeid med selskapets globale juridiske avdeling.
  • Følge og analysere endringer i lover og regler som påvirker HR og arbeidsgiverområdet, samt planlegge og iverksette relevante tiltak.
  • Gjennomføre jevnlige revisjoner og risikovurderinger innenfor HR compliance.
  • Samarbeide tett med HR-personell i selskapets globale virksomhet på tvers av mer enn 20 land og 3 kontinenter.
  • Bidra med ekspertise og sparring innenfor arbeidsrett og arbeidsliv til både ledere og HR-personell.
Kvalifikasjoner
  • Mer enn 3 års erfaring innen arbeidsrett.
  • Dokumentert, solid kunnskap om norsk lov og avtaleverk innenfor arbeidsrett og arbeidsliv.
  • Erfaring fra arbeid med arbeidsrett og arbeidsliv i et internasjonalt perspektiv vil anses som en fordel.
  • Gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsferdigheter.
  • Flytende norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
