Role Description

We invite applications for the position of Business Development Manager at Airswift. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, recruiters, and country managers to identify new business opportunities across various markets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to target new clients and projects.
  2. Network and establish connections with potential clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
  3. Utilize CRM tools to analyze data, track leads, and optimize sales efforts.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the process, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
