About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). The successful candidate will be part of our newly established team for Lifelong Learning and Flexible Education.

Job Summary

The Senior Consultant will provide administrative support to the team, faculty members, and leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the portfolio of lifelong learning and flexible education initiatives
  • Administrative support to the team, faculty members, and leadership
  • Coordinating external projects and customer relationships
  • Collaborating with other institutes and units for after- and further education at NTNU
  • Administrating and following up on individual tasks
  • Contributing to the visibility of the education portfolio
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university or college
  • Relevant experience in similar administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Norwegian and English
  • Good IT skills
Desirable Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A master's degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences or education
  • Experience in handling administrative tasks and projects
  • Experience working in the university and college sector
