Job Description:
Tesla, Inc. is seeking a skilled Roadside Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers at their most critical moments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently using your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with Service Centers: Work closely with service centers to identify root causes and streamline roadside cases.
  • Represent Tesla's Interests: Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Use our CRM software to maintain accurate records of support cases and communications.

Requirements:
  • Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals who possess a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts between 7am and 11:30pm, including occasional night shifts.
  • Location: The role can be based in Amsterdam, Oslo, Berlin, or London.
