About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing projects to drive successful outcomes for our clients in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Support our sales team in estimating proposals accurately for win-win situations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Documentation and Communication: Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and reports. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Customer Understanding: Develop a clear understanding of assigned customers, with respect to their business drivers, historical and present issues, and identify Honeywell solutions to offer customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, including project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge in handling control systems - DCS/PLC is a must.
  • Leadership and Communication: Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
