Your Key Responsibilities
- Nurture and grow your pipeline through proactive prospecting initiatives
- Maintain a consistent call and email volume to progress leads through the sales funnel
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German market
- Use industry-leading tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, and Cognism to track and report daily activities and results
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to achieve shared goals and success
- Stay up-to-date on Kindly's products and services to provide informed insights and support
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to refine your skills and knowledge in revenue-driven sales roles
Your Qualifications
- You're enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, and are curious about sales and building relationships
- You're familiar with outbound prospecting via email and phone
- You're ambitious to meet and exceed targets
- You're willing to learn something new every day and be coached by our sales experts
- You're fluent in German and English (a third language is a plus)
