
Net Revenue Management Culture Leader

We are seeking a talented Net Revenue Management (NRM) expert to join our team as the NRM Culture Leader. As part of our Commercial Excellence Team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through optimizing our NRM culture and capability.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive NRM strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Excellence, Regional Net Revenue Managers, and Business Development Managers, to identify opportunities and drive implementation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of NRM concepts, including pricing strategies, trade investments, and promotion management. You should also have experience in leading complex projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will be able to distill complex ideas into actionable plans and drive results-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
