Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager to join our team in Oslo. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the NRM culture and capability roadmap for Consumer Goods EMEA, leading business unit-wide capability-building projects, and owning business unit's suite of NRM playbooks.

Key Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience within FMCG industry, within commercial or strategic business roles.
  2. Proven experience within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) within FMCG / CPG or Management Consulting.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills: a structured ability to stay in control of the detail of large complex projects involving multiple internal & external stakeholders.
  4. Excellent collaboration skills: experience from working and achieving results in a matrix organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse and international teams.
  5. In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy and Trade Investment.
  6. Excited to pioneer new ways of working within Essity; driven to deliver organizational behavioral change.
  7. Have experience in leading with personal influence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Practical, supportive & principled; ability to collaboratively problem solve and break barriers to execution of new processes and playbooks.
  9. Engaging and positive; a motivating driving force from within high-performing teams.
  10. Fluent in English.
  11. Ability to travel 20-30% per month.
