About the Role

As a Commercial Operations Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the details and optimizing our sales processes, enhancing operational efficiency and driving the performance of our commercial team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support the achievement of strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Contribute to developing, maintaining, and reporting KPIs related to Sales and Commercial Operations to monitor success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Streamline Commercial Operations Processes: Drive the design and implementation of streamlined commercial operations processes, ensuring global standardization and efficiency.
  • Lead Communication and Training Efforts: Lead communication and training efforts for the commercial team on processes and systems, including onboarding improvements and knowledge retention and upskilling across teams.
  • Standardize Regional Mediums: Standardize regional mediums within the commercial team to share best practices globally.
  • Improve CRM and Internal Commercial Systems: Identify opportunities for improvement in CRM and internal commercial systems, and evaluate potential new solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
