Research Interests

The Department of Communication and Culture is home to a diverse range of research groups, including Internet and Society, Corporate Communication, Creative Industries, and Education. Our research focuses on topics such as the role of the arts in the digital transformation, the structural changes of the creative industries, and the roles of communication technologies in shaping the future of work and new forms of labour and organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct original research under the supervision of experienced faculty members
  • Develop and propose your own research project, aligned with the department's research interests
  • Participate in departmental seminars and workshops to engage with colleagues and share your research
  • Teach and assist in the development of courses related to your research area
Requirements
  • Master of Science degree with thesis work, a research masters/M. Phil degree, or a comparable degree relevant for the specialization in Communication
  • Strong research skills and a demonstrated ability to conduct original research
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality research papers and presentations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
