Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our Service Team and drive business growth in the oil and gas industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service delivery team, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Service Team: Directly supervise and manage a team of service engineers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
  • Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Service Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of service projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize team performance.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, ensuring the team is equipped to handle complex situations and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with a track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including service delivery models, operational strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions to complex challenges.
