About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a MCHub Administrator and Learning Event Support. This is a temporary contract at 100% with an expected engagement from November 11, 2024, to September 26, 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Event Planning and Coordination
    • Plan, promote, and organize the delivery of the MCHub's intersectional learning events, including mentoring workshops, coaching skills workshops, and coaching education.
    • Collaborate with internal counterparts from MSF Operational Centers and other entities, as well as MCHub team members involved in MCHub learning events.
    • Document information and data on MCHub learning events.
  • Project Management
    • Manage specific projects based on needs and demands from MSF Global workforce.
    • Support evaluation concerning MCHub's mentoring and coaching activities.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage all learning-event-related expenses.
    • Support the MCHub financial processes and provide the rest of the MCHub with relevant information on the budget every quarter.
    • Follow up on unit expenditure following the budget.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Write and distribute the biannual MCHub newsletter and annual activity report.
    • Collaborate with other MCHub project managers to enable cross-fertilization and learnings.
