We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Cost Controller to join our team at NES Fircroft. As a key member of our project controlling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of project costs.
Main Responsibilities- Contract Management: Execute work in line with project contracts, including conditions and appendixes for commercial and administrative requirements.
- Cost Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control actual costs and revenues against budget and current estimates for all phases and levels in the project.
- Performance Indicators: Identify and track key performance indicators to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Establish reports, internal and external, to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
- Cash Flow Management: Establish cash flow calculations to ensure smooth project operations.
- Invoicing and Administration: Timely and proactive invoicing according to contract provisions, as well as assisting with monthly project and portfolio reporting.
- Project Manhours and Administration: Register and follow-up project manhours, as well as perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Process Improvement: Support the development and optimization of existing reports, systems, and routines for project controlling, and contribute to the deployment of best practices.
- Education: Relevant formal higher education.
- Communication and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Solution-oriented and analytical, with the ability to identify and track key performance indicators.
