Retail Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits, and provide expert advice to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
