Customer Support Agent for Norwegian Clients

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Norwegian Language Customer Support Agent to join our team in Riga. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log case resolutions in our contact center tool to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions.
  • Escalate priority cases to team leads when necessary to ensure critical issues are resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to provide seamless customer support.
  • Deliver top-tier customer experiences consistently meeting quality standards across all touchpoints.
  • Hit project KPIs, including response time, handle time, and resolution rate.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Upper-intermediate Norwegian (B2) and fluent English (C1) for both verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience in outsourced customer service is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing in Latvia.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia.
  • Computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute and 90% accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, friendly, and self-motivated with a strong focus on problem-solving.
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work shift hours and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Clean criminal record and willingness to participate in a background check during the recruitment process.
