Reviewing and Negotiating Public and Private TendersYou will review, revise, and negotiate public and private tenders, ensuring that our business interests are protected and that we secure the best possible outcomes.
Drafting and Revising Contract TemplatesYou will draft and revise various contract templates, ensuring compliance with our contract management policy and providing guidance to the business on contractual matters.
Assisting in M&A TasksYou will assist in various M&A tasks, including the integration of acquired companies into our business.

Requirements- Commercially Minded Lawyer
We are looking for a commercially minded lawyer with an interest in and experience with technology law and related legal areas.
Experience with IT Law and Commercial ContractsYou should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with IT/software law and commercial contracts.
Strong Communication SkillsYou should be able to communicate professionally at all levels of the business in both written and spoken forms.
