We're in search of a Key Account Manager International Leisure, to join our journey to continue crafting our mission of revolutionizing the B2B leisure segment. With a great passion for commercial leisure sales, a strategic mindset, and great communication skills, you will help us take our journey even further. Your genuine passion and drive, combined with the needed skills and experience, will be instrumental in shaping the future architecture of one of the leading brands in the hospitality industry.

What you will be doing:
As a member of our commercial sales team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of international leisure sales. You will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout their journey with us. Collaborating closely with the team, you will support the growth of our business segment, contribute with new and fresh ways of thinking and ensure that Strawberry is the Number One choice for leisure in the Nordics.

  • Portfolio development and maintenance - Handling large and medium-sized international clients and managing complex negotiations. Analyze leisure partnerships to maximize potential and unlock secondary revenue streams in line with Strawberry's strategies and vision.
  • Collaboration with Operations and tech counterparts - Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and implement new digital tools to ease operations and increase revenue.
  • Stay on top of industry trends - Constantly challenge how we do business to uncover new operating standards for B2B sales in the travel industry. Monitor Industry trends, technological development, and competitors.

  • Strengthen Strawberry's position - Continuously strengthen our position with industry organizations, associations, and other strategic players.

Who we think you are:
To be successful in this role we believe you have previous sales experience and a proven track record from large and complex negotiations. You have a strong understanding of the commercial side and the digital landscape and a great ability to think creatively and analyze deliverables. Furthermore, you possess excellent skills in creating good collaborations with different stakeholders and you flourish in a flat organization with a flexible mindset. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in cross-functional teams across complex organizations and who likes to set high goals to deliver great results.
